Some pieces of writing caught my attention this last week as I was riding out the wake of that full moon in Aries, starting to feel the emo tractor beams of the coming eclipses, and noticing the slowing down of Mars as it prepares to station retrograde.
First, I came across the work of Bronnie Ware, an Australian nurse who worked in palliative care – easing the pain and suffering of the terminally ill. She started recording the epiphanies of her dying patients, specifically their regrets, and after many years, she did an analysis of all these confessions. This gave her a list of the top five regrets of the dying:
