This week is seeing a couple of significant astrological conjunctions. First, on Wednesday, Venus (love and pleasure goddess) and Neptune (boundary dissolving water god) are making an exact conjunction in Pisces (also a boundary dissolving water god). These aren’t terrible conditions for blissing out, taking a swim in the warm floaty feelings brought to us by the forever compassion ocean and the expanding pink sky of cosmic love. These also aren’t terrible conditions for dissociating into fantasy and not being able to get anything done. If you’re reading this on Wednesday, and you’re laughing because the last few days it’s been impossible to properly focus, maybe it’s this.
Then, immediately after, on Thursday, Saturn enters the heart of the sun in Aquarius. When any planet makes a conjunction to the sun, it has a new moon renewal kind of quality. As Saturn is all about boundaries and limits, this will activate an opposite energy – a sudden infusion of groundedness and clarity, asking us to rededicate ourselves or renew our vows in some way to a discipline, duty, or limitation that is beneficial for our desired growth.
